Day 1 – Remembering GOD’s Faithfulness
Verse: Lamentations 3:22–23
22 Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for His mercies never fail;
23 they are new every morning. Great is Your faithfulness.
Prayer: LORD, strengthen my faith so I may remember that You are faithful yesterday, today, and forever.
Meditation: Begin this journey by remembering that GOD never forgets a promise He has made.
Day 2 – Surrendering Anxiety
Verse: 1 Peter 5:7
7 Cast all your anxiety on HIM because HE cares for you.
Prayer: FATHER, I place all my emotional anxiety at Your feet.
Meditation: The heart finds rest when it gives its burdens to GOD.
Day 3 – Trusting GOD’s Timing
Verse: Ecclesiastes 3:11
11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what GOD has done from beginning to end.
Prayer: LORD, help me trust in Your perfect timing.
Meditation: What GOD does is always beautiful — including in matters of love.
Day 4 – Purification of the Heart
Verse: Psalm 51:10
10 Create in me a pure heart, O GOD, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Prayer: Create in me a pure heart, O GOD.
Meditation: True love flourishes in a clean heart.
Day 5 – Healing Wounds from the Past
Verse: Psalm 147:3
3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Prayer: Heal, FATHER, every wounded area of my emotional history.
Meditation: No wound is too deep for GOD’s touch.
Day 6 – Identity in CHRIST
Verse: 2 Corinthians 5:17
17 Therefore, if anyone is in CHRIST, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
Prayer: Help me see myself as You see me.
Meditation: A new heart attracts new paths.
Day 7 – Total Surrender
Verse: Luke 22:42
42 “FATHER, if You are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but Yours be done.”
Prayer: May Your will be done also in my love life.
Meditation: The greatest proof of faith is surrendering control.
