Stop Doing This If You Want to See Miracles
Mark 5:36 — “Do not be afraid; only believe.”
INTRODUCTION
Dear brothers and sisters,
there are moments in our walk when we cry out to GOD, seek answers, and wait for changes… but it seems that the miraculous does not happen. The door does not open, healing does not come, progress does not arrive, and we ask ourselves:
“LORD, why hasn’t the miracle happened yet?”
And many times, GOD is not saying, “wait longer.”
He is saying, “stop this.”
Stop attitudes that block His work.
Stop behaviors that prevent your faith from flourishing.
Stop postures that close spiritual doors.
Today the HOLY SPIRIT wants to reveal areas of your life that need to be interrupted so that the extraordinary of GOD may become visible.
Open your heart, because this word is liberating.
1. STOP DOUBTING WHAT GOD CAN DO
When Jairus heard that his daughter had died, they said:
“Do not trouble the Teacher any longer.”
But JESUS said:
“Do not be afraid; only believe.”
Miracles do not happen where doubt reigns.
Doubt is like a fog that prevents you from seeing what GOD has already prepared.
Doubt paralyzes.
Faith moves.
If you want to see miracles:
– stop looking at the circumstances,
– stop relying on what your eyes see,
– and start trusting what GOD has spoken.
Because when GOD gives a Word, not even death can nullify it.
2. STOP CARRYING A BURDEN THAT IS NOT YOURS
JESUS said:
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
But many continue carrying pain, guilt, fears, and burdens that GOD never asked them to carry.
There are people asking for a miracle while holding on to things that need to be laid on the altar.
Do you want to see the impossible?
Then stop carrying alone what should be at the feet of CHRIST.
Miracles do not happen with full hands.
Miracles happen with hands that let go so GOD can act.
3. STOP INSISTING ON PATHS THAT GOD HAS ALREADY CLOSED
There are doors GOD closes for protection.
There are relationships that end for deliverance.
There are opportunities that were taken away to preserve your purpose.
But many keep asking GOD to resurrect what was never His.
Miracles do not happen while you are trapped in the past.
Today GOD tells you:
“Stop insisting where I am no longer present.
I have something new.
But you need to leave the old behind.”
4. STOP COMPLAINING AND START WORSHIPING
Israel spent 40 years in the desert not because of a lack of GOD’s power, but because of excessive complaining.
Complaining delays promises.
Worship attracts miracles.
When Paul and Silas were imprisoned, they could have complained…
But they worshiped.
And the miracle came — an earthquake, open doors, and freedom.
Do you want to see GOD act?
Stop complaining.
Worship in the midst of pain.
Worship in the midst of waiting.
Worship as if the miracle had already come.
Because worship prepares the atmosphere for the supernatural.
5. STOP WALKING WITH THOSE WHO HAVE NO FAITH
When JESUS went to raise Jairus’ daughter, He put everyone out of the room.
He only allowed Peter, James, John, and the girl’s parents to stay.
Why?
Because miracles do not happen in environments of unbelief.
There are people you need to remove from your spiritual life.
People who steal your faith, destroy your hope, and extinguish your fire.
What GOD is going to do in you is too precious to be witnessed by those who do not believe.
If you want to see miracles, surround yourself with people of faith.
6. STOP RUNNING FROM GOD’S PROCESS
Some want the miracle, but do not want their character to be shaped.
They want the extraordinary, but do not want to obey.
They want the promise, but reject the process.
But the process is the womb of the miracle.
Joseph went through the pit, the prison, and injustice — all part of the process toward the palace.
David faced the desert before facing Goliath.
The process builds you so you do not lose what the miracle will bring.
Stop running from the process.
Embrace what GOD is shaping.
Because the miracle will come at the right time.
7. STOP TRYING TO CONTROL EVERYTHING
Miracles happen when we reach the end of ourselves.
When our strength ends, grace begins.
GOD only multiplied the loaves after the people admitted:
“LORD, we do not have.”
While you try to control everything, GOD cannot act.
But when you surrender, GOD moves heaven.
Stop controlling.
Stop trying to understand everything.
Stop trying to solve everything on your own.
Miracles are the work of GOD — not yours.
CONCLUSION
If you want to see miracles, begin by eliminating what prevents GOD from acting.
Because miracles are not just events;
they are responses from a GOD who honors hearts aligned with Him.
Today, GOD calls you to stop.
Stop doubting.
Stop complaining.
Stop clinging to the past.
Stop controlling.
Stop insisting on what He has already ended.
Stop fear.
Because when you stop what binds you…
GOD begins what transforms you.
And I declare over your life:
You will see miracles.
You will witness the impossible.
You will live the extraordinary of GOD.
Because the GOD who began the good work is faithful to complete it!
